Our Purpose
Full Circle is a national grantmaker and matchmaker for charitable individuals, families and companies committed to economic mobility for young women. We identify and support powerhouse leaders and programs across the US through our collaborative giving fund.
Our team highlights and funds local programs that often lack visibility on a national level. With a nonprofit leadership lens, we uncover high-impact organizations working to advance young women.
Our Approach
It’s never easy to raise money. What’s more, we understand that when a program isn’t national in scope, it’s especially difficult to access funds outside your region. That doesn’t bode well for sustainability.
Capturing who you are and what you do matters. It’s just rethinking how we do that. We’ve streamlined the giving process—no grant proposals, complex scoring rubrics or long wait times.
Our Process
We’re looking for 501(c)(3) nonprofits that:
- Serve 18-25 year old women.
- Operate within a $350-750k budget.
- Have at least 5 years of experience.
- Are making a difference in their local neighborhoods and communities.
- Promote economic mobility for young women as their core mission.
